Denny Schatzle, QBO ProAdvisor, M.B.A.
Hi there. My name is Denny Schatzle. I am a professional bookkeeper and I love to work with small businesses, helping them to find their way through some of the more mundane tasks that owning a business can create. I started this business in 2017 as a way to help you, the small business owner. It all started when an entrepreneur came to me and asked me if I would look at his portfolio of businesses and see if I could keep his books for all of them. He was also in the middle of opening new stores. I was able to provide comprehensive bookkeeping services to him across his various businesses in multiple states and even helped him file new business start up paperwork. From that point, I saw a great need and much confusion around this topic and I realized that there was a huge need in our community and elsewhere.
My goal in providing this type of service is to free my client’s time up to focus on what they are passionate about, for example: operating a restaurant and interfacing with customers, helping the public fix their cars or their mountain bikes, fix leaky faucets, or build new homes.
I graduated from Clemson University in 2004 with a degree in Business Management and went on to complete my MBA in 2011. I am an expert in QuickBooks Online (having maintained my QBO ProAdvisor certification since 2017). I offer 3 primary services: bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax. I offer other ancillary services upon requests: bill pay. I work with different industries: churches, service industries of different kinds (general contracting, roofers, plumbers, handy men, HVAC, etc.) and retail.
When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy being with my family, mountain biking, swimming, and running. Although I have never completed a triathlon, I plan to do so over the next few years.
